Johnny started his first business in college, coaching students through the exams that decided their next step. Since moving into cyber security he has secured data for more than 100 organisations, from global enterprises operating across markets to SMEs close to home. Across those organisations, the same issues recur: unclear ownership, overshared data and controls introduced after the decision.

That experience now goes into Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Purview and agent work. Johnny stays involved from the first leadership decision through to the tenant changes, so ownership and oversharing are settled before launch. AI and agents will reshape how we work rather than replace us, and organisations should be able to adopt them without losing track of their data.
